Joyful Congregate is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Moreno Valley area.

Certified Nursing Assistants will provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care are services in accordance with the residents assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisor.

-speaking Spanish is a plus
-Assess and provide patient and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis and plan of care.
-Must have good attitude, engaging, articulate, patient, caring and flexible.
-Must be able to communicate clearly and follow instructions.

Requirements:
-Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of State of California
-Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
-Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
-Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
-Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
-must be able to relate information concerning a residents conditions.
-Maintain CPR certificate.

Physical requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand. The employee is occasionally required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
