Job description

We are interested in hiring an enthusiastic induvidual to work as a COVID-19 tester based in NJ (Jersey City-area) who is able and willing to drive to local destinations as needed for testing in early mornings (call time 4-5AM). Punctuality, reliability, and being professional at all times are strictly required. Desired availability for primarily Mondays and Wednesdays.

As a Concierge Tester, the individual would primarily be traveling to and from various locations in NJ as needed, but will praimarily be working in the Jersey City-area. It is therefore REQUIRED to have access to your own vehicle. There are no set weekly hours, and this is solely PER DIEM work. Compensation is $25/HR, and we also pay a separate reimbursement fee for mileage and tolls.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

-Collect COVID-19 specimen samples via anterior nares (nostrils)

-Patient check-in on electronic records system

-Compliance with HIPAA regulations at all times (including when off-duty)

-Respect for teammates and willingness to collaborate with other employees on the job

-Attend paid weekly Zoom meeting with management and other team members

-Comply with company policies in relation to privacy, code of conduct, PPE regulations, and others

Minimum Qualifications:

-1 year clinical experience is REQUIRED

-Driver's license and access to a vehicle, as this position involves driving as a part of the basic job description

-Access to a working cellphone and cellphone service

-Availability during early mornings (can arrive to work at 4-5am if needed)

-Professionalism and punctuality--lateness will NOT be tolerated

-Patience and attentive customer service skills

-Able to commute to and from various locations multiple times on a daily basis as needed

-Flexible schedule--able to accept work on-call/as needed throughout the day if available

-Organized and always prepared

-Ability to use computers, tablets, and other digital devices

-Fluency in Microsoft Excel (including the ability to generate and edit CSVs)

-MA, CNA, and or phlebotomy certification is a plus, but is not required

Pay: $25.00 per hour
