You will be a part of a combined crew to work together in continuous improvement of tool performance, support production with adequate tooling and troubleshooting operational issues.

Job Description:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in high volume precision machining environment
• General understanding of manufacturing processes and thorough knowledge of lathe tooling/programming
• Recognize tool paths by interpreting the program (G and M codes)
• Experience with making tool path offsets
• Machine set-ups and change-overs
• Ability to train associates on machining standards
• Troubleshoot daily production problems through root cause analysis techniques as they occur
• Develop machining processes for new products
• Coordinate engineering changes
• Participate in continuous improvement processes
• Maintains safety and good housekeeping standards
• Adhere to Corporate policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
