eTEK Precision Manufacturing located in Cedarburg is looking for an Experienced CNC Swiss Machinist / Programmer. Programing and setting up our Citizen & Tsugami Swiss machines.
ISO 9001:2015 Registered, Clean and Air Conditioned Shop. All new/late-model Citizen / Miyano equipment. Family atmosphere. Growing company.

Lead CNC Swiss Machinist / Programmer Duties and Responsibilities:

• Program Parts, Produce Set up sheets, load programs, install tools, make changes/adjustments to programs, prove out new programs, etc.
• Keeping jobs on schedule.
• Programming knowledge required.
• Pre-planning of jobs and tooling.
• Help make offset changes as necessary.
• A High Level of Quality and Attention to Detail is a Must.
• Must understand G-Code.
• Knowledge of speeds and feeds for cutting tools.
• Run secondary machines or auxiliary operations when applicable.
• This position requires machinist to run, oversee, be responsible for multiple machines and machinists.
• Use a variety of precision instruments to set-up and inspect work. Complete all required documentation accurately
• Strong math skills and blueprint reading.
• Strong computer skills is required.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to be able to be on feet for entire shift. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be able to complete all tasks required in essential duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
