As our Cold Food Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the production and quality of all cold food items, from salads and sandwiches to cheese platters and fruit cups. You'll work closely with our culinary team to ensure that every meal we serve is fresh, delicious, and visually stunning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of cold food production staff
- Ensure that all cold food items meet our high standards for quality and presentation
- Develop new recipes and menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting
- Coordinate with other kitchen departments to ensure timely delivery of all meals
- Maintain inventory of all cold food items and order supplies as needed
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
Requirements:
- Experience in a cold food production role, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A passion for creating beautiful and delicious cold food items
