Job Summary:
The Thomas Agency has an immediate opening within our Collection Department for a Collection Specialist. This is a full time (40 hours) position, Monday through Thursday 9am – 6pm and Friday 8am – 5pm.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Contacting consumers for payment on delinquent bills
- Convincing consumers to pay their bills in full in the shortest amount of time. While treating all consumers with dignity and respect.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to provide exemplary customer service, type and talk at the same time, be reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
