SignatureMD, the country’s leading personalized healthcare service company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Billing and Collections Clerk for its Boca Raton office. This growing organization is looking for a highly-organized and conscientious person to join its Customer Service Staff. The Customer Service Rep’s primary responsibility is to oversee members’ past due accounts. Specific duties include:
· Making and taking many phone calls and emails per day.
· Entering and running credit cards.
· Updating accounts with credit card numbers, addresses, phone numbers, etc.
· Typing notes on the member’s account documenting the conversation.
· Creating and sending letters.
· Problem solving difficult members/accounts.
· Updating Accounts receivable list.
Applicants must:
· Have a pleasant and friendly demeanor on the phones.
· Be able to deal with difficult members.
· Exhibit speed and accuracy in typing.
· Possess strong problem-solving abilities.
· Possess customer service experience.
· Possess medical billing/collections experience, a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
