Robinson Oil Corporation is seeking a proactive, assertive, and persuasive individual for our Sales Director position.
The Sales Director leads the sales and operations of our Commercial Fueling department and is responsible for its strategy and growth.
Sales Director key roles include:
- Develop the sales strategy and relevant goals, with ultimate Profit’ Loss responsibility
- Manage, lead, direct, and develop members of the Sales and Customer Service teams
- Drive sales growth by closing new business and building relationships with key customers
- Focus on staff development and customer experience. Consistently challenge the status quo and seek process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
- Prior P&L responsibility
