Job description

We are currently looking for skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment Preventative Maintenance Technicians responsible for providing preventative maintenance through cleaning and inspection of cooking equipment at our customer locations. Our Technicians also provide troubleshooting, diagnosing, small repairing and respond to emergency service calls on the equipment that we service. We service Charlotte, Lee, Manatee, Sarasota and surrounding counties.

Essential Responsibilities

• Providing preventative maintenance through cleaning and inspection of cooking equipment
• Install, Troubleshoot, Diagnose, and Repair Commercial Kitchen Equipment
• Treat customers and employees with respect, courtesy and professionalism
• Complete service calls in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with customers, manager, dispatcher, and sales
• Participate in a normal rotation of after-hours and weekend on-call schedule
• Identify new customers and additional opportunities within existing accounts
• Maintain Service Vehicle
• Order Parts and Complete Required Paperwork
• Attend Training Sessions
• Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning commercial kitchen equipment (fryers, stoves, ovens, grills, etc) is preferred but not required
• Strong cleaning and mechanical skills
• Extremely strong customer communication skills
• 100% dedication to work including punctuality, good work ethic, staying organized and maintaining cleanliness.
• Maintain a good personal appearance
• Pass Drug Screen and Background Check
• Maintain a Valid Driver License with a good driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
