- Working with the Learning and Development Team to create internally developed content
- Planning and managing training rollout out
- New training creation
- Troubleshooting end-user issues.
- Managing training completion metrics / follow-up process
- Create monthly Security awareness communication to all employees
- Manage the IT Communications channel / Info Sec channel / CTO alias
- Create Ad hoc communications for the technology team
- Enhance the communications program (newsletters, bulletins, blogs, screensavers, etc.)
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Communications, Public relations background
- 1-2 years of work experience with degree (or 3-4 without)
- Strong organization skills
- Communication skills
- Microsoft experience
