Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

  • Write, update, and upkeep a library of student policies, catalogs, enrollment agreements, and other vital documents, using contemporary software solutions.
  • Assure that the corporate office and campuses are consistent with the corporate identity.
  • Revise and maintain all School Catalogs.
  • Revise and maintain all Enrollment Agreements.
  • Write and distribute all press releases including getting the details from the schools related to the press release and any associated photos.
  • Communicate policy changes preferably through email and company intranet.
  • Maintain each school’s press kits and make sure they are available online for the schools.
  • Main contact for all corporate meetings, including Directors meeting, departmental trainings, etc. This includes finding a hotel, making all guest room reservations and communicating meeting requirements.
  • Responsible for taking meeting minutes at corporate held meetings.
  • Support the Director of Communications in administrative tasks associated with travel, meetings, bookkeeping, record keeping, professional responsibilities, and communications.
  • Serve as a backup to other corporate receptionists, to include answering phones, hosting visitors, ordering supplies, and other responsibilities.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Director of Communications.

Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

  • MUST have a High School Diploma or GED, or equitable on‐the‐job experience, Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Journalism, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills are required. Writing sample will be required during interview process.
  • Excellent computer skills required, including Microsoft Office, proficiency in Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft InfoPath.
  • Should have proficiency with a range of online writing and communication environments, including social media management.
  • Must be detail oriented, able to multi‐task, and make independent decisions.
  • Must be a creative problem-solver with a range of experience creating new solutions.
  • Solid employee relations, problem‐solving, and teamwork skills required.
  • CampusVue and SharePoint experience a plus!
  • Experience making meeting, conference and travel arrangements for multiple employees desirable.
  • Ability and willingness to occasionally travel overnight for business.
