What You'll Do:
Wilson Sporting Goods is expanding our business through thoughtful, elegant, technical sportswear and experiential retail stores. We believe that the Athlete Advisor role is the most important role in the company. As the Community Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Community Director. You will play a critical supporting role with the entire Community Team, managing administrative responsibilities, ordering product, and implementing plans/activations.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Principle scheduler, timekeeper, planner; Organize administrative needs for the team
  • Maintain finances including expenses, tracking of finances, paying invoices
  • Complete all promotional orders for the community team
  • Execute the ordering and distribution plans for ambassador/influencer kits, wear testing program, and product seeding
  • Support with integration of product or R&D into event/activation plans
  • Provide support on reporting
  • Organize activation plans + special project ownership
  • Liaison with brand/creative team on creative requests

What We're Looking For :
The Community Coordinator must be passionate about brand marketing, product, collaboration, and a strong communicator.

Other qualifications include:

  • 1-3 years of related work experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to navigate competing requests from different business partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Team player with a great attitude and positive mindset
