POSITION SUMMARY:

Develops and coordinates comprehensive marketing strategies to support the business goals and objectives of DHR Health Clinics. Assists with the development and implementation of marketing and external communication strategies, with the goal of driving brand presence and profitability. Provides a vital connection to physicians and their practices, while helping to communicate the newest services and developments at DHR Health Clinics.

POSITION EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Communication, or a Business related field with a minimum of three (3) years in, marketing, public relations, customer service and project management. Years of experience may substitute requirement for degree.

JOB KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of three (3) years in marketing, public relations, customer service and project management
  • Knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tik-Tok, and Twitter business accounts
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading skills, and public speaking skills
  • Excellent communication skills including: comfortable speaking in front of large groups at speaking events
  • Strong customer service background
  • Detail oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Expertise in MS office, above average Excel skills
  • Familiar with video editing, and photo editing graphic design software

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promotes DHR Health Clinics mission, vision and values by effectively communicating them to community.
  • Assists in the development and evaluation of comprehensive communication strategies and assists in the implementation of marketing campaigns on social media
  • Interfaces with appropriate managers/administrators/physicians to obtain strategic information critical to marketing tactics
  • Use of survey tools for the public and internally to determine the market needs regarding strategies to be launched
  • Develops and executes online strategies that include search engine optimization, keyword search, search engine marketing, and social media
  • Ability to data mine and interpret data into useful information for stakeholders and decision makers
  • With the team develops and implements internal marketing and strategies used to improve customer service, employee and provider satisfaction
  • Monitors the effectiveness of marketing tactics and reports feedback/results to appropriate departments and stakeholders
  • Manage and respond to patient complaints/concerns/inquiry diplomatically on social media outlets, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Assists in building and maintaining community partnerships, representing the organization at public events, meetings and special organizations as requested
  • Assists in creating and updating presentations, brochures, flyers, fact sheets, newsletters, signage, ads, marketing material with input from administration, and department leaders
  • Assists in the selection of promotional items for the department
  • Helps to design, select and implement “wearable” and promotional marketing items for sale within the facility
  • Other duties as assigned
