We are looking for a Community Living Supervisor to lead our compassionate and dedicated teams by way of example, encouragement, and empowerment, and to help create a chain reaction of positivity for the people we serve. While some of the tasks involve the minutia of management (time sheets, schedules, evaluation, orientation, etc.), most of the job will entail fostering an inclusive environment that allows everyone in it to thrive.

This includes training, planning and promoting events, and supporting Hope Haven’s overall philosophy in new and achievable ways. Position hours are generally Monday - Friday 8:00a - 4:30p, but can vary due to the needs of the individuals we serve. Position will cover HBH hourly services in Dickinson & Clay counties. To be a Community Living Supervisor, eligible candidates must have the following: *BA or BS degree in Human Services and/or 4 years experience in Human Services, preferred * Confident writing and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational, documentation, and delegating skills * Good judgment and problem-solving skills * The ability to take and pass a medication administration course, orientation training, and training as determined by supervisor or other agency requirements * Basic computer skills * A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, & proof of insurance.
