COMPLIANCE & PROJECTS ADMINISTRATOR

OVERVIEW/ JOB SUMMARY

Providers Choice is hiring a Compliance and Projects Administrator who is passionate and dedicated about child nutrition and supporting child care providers through program compliance and oversight. The Compliance and Projects Administrator will be responsible for the oversight of Family Child Care Provider and Child Care Center compliance for the Child and Adult Care Food Program along with the oversight and management of projects including grants, communications outreach and provider and community engagement events.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Management of all family child care provider and child care center related compliance including ensuring compliance with regulations such as findings, corrective actions, serious deficiency determinations, suspensions and proposals to terminate.
• Perform internal compliance audits to determine whether established policies and regulations are being followed properly and where they can be improved.
• Remain up to date on federal and state laws related to the organization and update policies accordingly.
• Collaborate with leadership team, field operations and claims teams, chief executive officer and Minnesota Department of Education on compliance, policies, regulations and projects.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the Child and Adult Care Food Program regulations.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for grants, communication outreach and community engagement events.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• A passion for child nutrition
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
• Excellent computer skills including Office 365 and Adobe
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to accurately interpret complex documents and policies
• A strong moral code and sense of ethics

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge and experience with the Child and Adult Care Food Program
• Background in nutrition, compliance or project management
• Marketing skills related to program outreach
• Experience working in a non-profit or government setting

WORK LOCATION AND TRAVEL

This is a hybrid in-office and work from home position. This position is based out of our Minneapolis office. This position may occasionally travel around the state of Minnesota and in most cases, will not require overnight travel. Out of state overnight travel may be up to one conference per year.
