Role Overview:

Partnering with Operations and CDTO Teams, the Connected Planning Process Analyst will work within the Worldwide Sales Planning & Incentives Team to drive the development and adoption of Connected Planning platform. This is a global role providing support to the Director of Worldwide Connected Sales Planning, process documentation, analytics and development for planning capability activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with key initiatives within the Worldwide Connected Sales Planning Team
• Lead assigned workstreams for analysis and design of specific projects
• Partnership with Sales Operations, CDTO, and SPI functions to ensure effective collaboration, communication, and development solutions
• Effectively document processes and governance
• Identify Gaps and opportunities for Standardization and Improvement
• Collaborate on the design, development, and roll out of planning and analytical capabilities
• Robust understanding of the sales planning and incentives data systems in troubleshooting complex issues related to all aspects of Connected Planning
• Advocate LEAN business practices, driving out waste through the identification and implementation of process improvements

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

• Degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Exceptional ability to understand complex business requirements and translate into a set of workable, specific requirements
• Experience in leading continuous improvement activities
• Excellent communication skills, capable of catering appropriately for a given audience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
• Project Management skills are an advantage
• Excellent partnering skills across all levels of the organization
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Enthusiastic with a passion for change and efficiency
• Anaplan model builder or user experience is an advantage
