We are looking for Part-time CONNECTIONS ATTENDANTS to join our team at The Green, a Heritage Ministries skilled nursing facility in Greenhurst, NY! These part-time positions offer a flexible schedule that work with your availability, rotating weekends required. Hours for these positions are 4 pm - 8 pm.
As a Connections Attendant , you will work with our Connections Facilitator to assist in planning an activity program for our memory care residents, lead group and one on one activities, and more. If you want to make an impact in the lives of seniors, we want to speak with you!
Experience working with Alzheimer’s Disease and the Geriatric population and/or in a recreational setting is preferred, but paid training is available.
