Northwest Division
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Under direct supervision, performs routine duties requiring knowledge of basic engineering principles.
- Limited exercise of judgment is required on details of work.
- Performs specific and limited portions of broader assignments.
- Spends large percentage of time performing estimating take-offs and performing walk-downs for quantity tracking purposes, reporting of installed quantities, performing field inspections to verify adherence to design.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications:
- Concrete structures, MSE Walls, Rail, Transit, Wastewater
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and consistent attention to detail
- Ability to manage changing deadlines and work well under pressure for multiple team leaders
- Work independently and effectively to prioritize multiple tasks
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
