Construction Trade Foreman

We will train you so you can gain the experience you need to be successful with the type of projects we specialize in!

We are seeking individuals to assist and manage fast paced new construction projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Experience in new construction
• Management/Lead/Supervisory experience
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• A clean driving record.
• Knowledge and understanding of construction practices. The ability to communicate and team with Installers, Builder's Superintendents, Building Inspectors, etc.
• An ability to support and push crews to the timely completion of installations.
• Experience in one of the mechanical trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing), or framing is a plus.
• Good written and verbal business skills. (Bilingual is a plus.)
• A mindset geared toward results in a deadline-driven construction environment.
• A passion for high quality and timeliness in everything you do.
• Known for doing what you say you will do. (Every time)
• The basic comprehensive ability to read new construction blue prints/plans.
• Ability to relocate for project construction. Typical project duration is 6 to 12 months. Living and travel expense are company provided. Construction territory includes FL, GA, SC

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

High School Diploma; Associate, Trade School or four year degree is a plus.
