POSITION: Construction Projects Coordinator

The City of Orange City is looking for a self-motivated and driven professional skilled in project management and contract management to join our team as a Construction Projects Coordinator. This position works alongside the City’s Engineering Services Director in coordinating, planning, executing, reporting, closing design and construction projects. The ideal candidate for this position will be tactful in working with city staff, citizens, consultants, and contactors; possess strong attention to detail; and have the ability to adhere to and assist others to adhere to contracts, rules, and regulations.

HIRING RANGE: Starting at $74,386.41 annually, depending on qualifications
