Job description
The Consulting Assistant will be responsible for a variety of organizational tasks and will also assist in the planning and coordination of special events. Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Canva required. Video editing and blogging duties will be required. Some personal errands include: laundry/dry cleaning and dog walking. Courier runs such as picking up/dropping off event rentals/decor/floral, etc. Immediate need for researching website developers and build-out of new company website by January. The ideal Consulting Assistant understands the importance of being flexible (rolling with the punches), has a keen eye for detail and enjoys a fast-paced work environment. College students or recent college graduates welcome from Hotel/Hospitality School; A passion for luxury hotels, weddings, and events to the front of the line!
Must be dog/pet friendly.
Business professional attire required when going onsite for client appointments, representing the organization at networking events, and working events.
Company pays for Continuing Education expenses and events industry organization membership and professional certifications.
Travel compensation for business projects and attending industry networking events.
