Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a part-time Call Center Operator to work in our Rexburg Administration office. This position will work 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, and 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Friday. Must be flexible and able to cover absences.

Job Description

• Answer phone and direct callers to the appropriate person; receives and distributes incoming packages, email, and faxes.
• Maintains member addresses on computer system.
• Assures that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.
• Will actively engage in needs-based selling.
• Performs other related duties as assigned, assists in other departments as needed, and works at or attends Beehive community events as assigned.
• Performs duties in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent communication skills & customer service skills.
• Six months to two years of similar or related experience required as well as a high school education or GED.
