Content Coordinator (Part-time)
Job Summary:
Early Learning Academies is seeking a Content Coordinator to join our Operations team. We are a fast-paced, growing company and are seeking a professional who can partner with our operations and cross function teams across multiple states to provide effective content creation, formatting, and editing. As a content coordinator, you will support the operations team in strategic communications with the ELA child care centers and families. This job requires good communication skills, both written and oral, self-direction and expertise in Microsoft Office products specifically MS Word.
Responsibilities
- Managing deadlines, contributions, and creating original content for two monthly newsletters
- Monthly distribution of exit surveys to families and reporting of that feedback
- Ongoing formatting of ELA curriculum
- Ongoing proofreading and quality review of materials, such as enrollment forms
- Assist with annual projects including parent surveys and family handbook revision
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience and education.
- 3+ years working in a professional environment.
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficiency with emphasis on spreadsheets, and presentation.
- Technical proficiency in Adobe, Canva, and other content design platforms.
- Excellent organizational, editorial, written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen aptitude in problem-solving.
- Strong time management skills.
