- Partner with Cvent’s Account Management team to produce and implement contracts, helping drive them to signature.
- Assist in any final process details needed to complete a contract, including legal discussions, payment terms, and invoicing requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining relationships with the end client through the contracting process while adhering to contractual deadlines
- Provide feedback for product and process enhancements
- Assist with overall Customer Success
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership
- Ability to work within a team to achieve goals
- Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
- Excel at developing relationships over the phone
- Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and can multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Proficient computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
