Our Contract Review team enters orders and maintains communication with customers to ensure we are meeting customer needs.
What You Need to Succeed
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. SAP experience is a plus.

This position is for a New Jersey unit of Mettler-Toledo named Troemner. We are located about 15 miles from Philadelphia in Thorofare, NJ. Mettler-Toledo acquired Troemner in 2016. Since 1840, Troemner has long legacy of excellence to offer our employees and customers. Our weights are manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility using the finest materials and equipment available. We provide unmatched measurements and metrological analysis. In addition to weights and calibration services, we also manufacture a full line of laboratory equipment including shakers, hotplates, and vortex mixers.

Our Contract Review team enters orders and maintains communication with customers to ensure we are meeting customer needs.
Here's what the job entails:
- Enters and reviews orders for weight calibration service following written procedures when directed by Sales Administration Team Lead.
- Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database (SAP and Weight Program).
- Communicates with customers via fax, e-mail and telephone to clarify issues regarding weights sent in for calibration.
- Consistently meets or exceeds non-quota based performance metrics as defined by the company.
- Builds and maintains customer relationships.
- Receives inbound calls and emails from customers pertaining to weights sent in for recalibration.
What You Need to Succeed
