Contracts Administration Coordinator-Remote
Job description
This role is remote eligible.
Maintains and retrieves contract documents as needed. Checks submitted documents for completeness and compliance with company policy. Assists with contract processing, data input, execution and administration. Collaborate with a team of contract managers and administrators to support all contract processes across multiple lines of business as well as participate in system development, upgrades and projects initiatives as needed.
What you will do:
Maintain client contract database, including all revisions and corrections; participate in contract and CRF launch calls; participate in periodic audits of client contract database for accuracy
Create Client Reporting Forms (CRFs) for client agreements; collaborate with Operations for processing CRFs
Oversee, support, and administer electronic signature process
Coordinate with Finance department to ensure proper invoicing via the CRF process
File all contract materials and maintain all temporary and final electronic contract files
Support general contract administration
Support Client Services Directors (CSD) and Client Relations Directors (CRD) by responding to requests for information, contract status, executed Agreements, contracts database inquiries.
Manage and process SalesForce tickets for system issues, database revisions, and other inquiries as needed

Ability to exercise sound judgment and to work effectively given general guidance and direction.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 3 years of experience in a business/legal setting required.
- 5 minimum additional years of experience would be considered in lieu of the applicable degree
Additional Job Requirements
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures for business contracts
Strong attention to detail and follow up
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain a positive attitude; and solid customer service skills
