Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Reports to: Contracts Manager
Location: Limerick, PA
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing, understanding, and interpreting contracts presented to the enterprise.
- Ensure reasonable turnaround of incoming contract and insurance requests – all while ensuring that the quality of work is not deteriorated.
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Research and gather information to accurately account for container/drayage bills.
- Register contractors for ports/railroad and create reservations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or a combination of school/work experience
- Paralegal Certificate (preferred, but not essential)
- Trucking/ Transportation industry experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Must be able to handle various tasks at one time, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Time management, professional communication skills and organizational skills.
- Forward thinking/Proactive Mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with the following:
- Multi line phone system
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Calendaring
- eDocument Management (IE – Docusign)
- Preparation
- Adjustment
- Filing
