Fast growing IT services company located in Central Morris County is seeking a Controller. Company does about $10M in revenue and the successful candidate will have an Accounting Degree and 5+ years of hands on progressive accounting experience working in small to mid-size organizations. Will need to be VERY hands on with the month end close reporting, supervising accounting operations, and also some budgeting and forecasting activities for this growing company. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH NETSUITE as the company recently implemented NetSuite and is not looking to train anyone new. MUST have VERY strong EXCEL skills including V Lookups, Pivot Tables and Formulas. Will be responsible for traditional accounting functions including Month End Close, Account Reconciliations, Journal Entries and Financial Statement preparation. The company is current ON SITE 5x a week in a very nice office environment. Very high exposure role working directly with the Sr. Leadership and will be the TOP Accounting / Finance person on site. Need a hands-on approach and career driven individuals in this role as it will offer good upside potential. The company offers a competitive compensation package in the $100-115k plus bonus range, depending on experience and including top benefits
