Currently seeking: Cook

Prepares meals following recipes. Control’s food preparation and sanitation in all areas. Ensures quality meal service. Adheres to production sheet, proper temperatures, food prep procedures. Properly stores and labels all leftovers. Ensures correct food portions. Completes sanitation duties. Covers for other Cooks as needed. Provides recipe suggestions. Grills, Sautes, etc.

• Good communication skills. Strong hospitality skills.

• Strong organizational skills. Able to lift 50 pounds.

• Must be able to speak, read, write, understand English.

• 2+yrs experience, preferably in hotel, restaurant or club.

• A la carte and/or banquet experience.
