Job description

Saginaw Old Town Junction is looking for an individual with a good and ambitious work ethic to wash dishes, bus tables and prep food. They must be efficient in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking in a fast paced environment. Experience in food prep and safe handling is prefered.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing, sanitizing, cleaning dishes and kitchen equipment
• Bussing and sanitizing tables
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly

Skills

• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good communication skills

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Timely, punctual and reliable
• Must be flexible and available to work days/nights/weekends
