We are looking for motivated individuals based in Washington to join our international exchange team as a Local Coordinator.

This position is not entirely remote, as you will need to interview the families in person and visit the family/student every other month for an in person to check in.

What you will do-

• Recruit and select host families in your area
• Match students with host families
• Build and maintain relationships with local schools
• Provide support and guidance to students and host families throughout the experience

Pay Structure-

*This position should be considered to provide supplemental income, with amazing perks!

• There is no base or hourly salary
• Paid on a per placement basis-for every student you successfully place with a host family
• Incentive based structure- including bonuses and travel rewards!
• Flexibility of working when you want, where you want! No set or required hours!
• You determine how much time and effort you are able to dedicate, determine the radius you would like to work within and set your own goals.
