Opportunity and Qualifications:
We are currently seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst in our Cleveland Office. This position involves preparing detailed financial and business valuation models along with writing comprehensive valuation and quality of earnings reports.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in finance, accounting or economics.
  • Two (2) years of financial valuation or related financial experience.
  • Experience with transaction-related valuations, ESOPs, and estate & gift planning valuations is a plus.
  • Ability to prepare detailed financial and valuation analysis and modeling.
  • Ability to produce high-quality financial analysis and narrative reports.
  • Superior research, analytical, and written communication skills.
  • A good knowledge of private capital markets and M&A and the ability to apply your skills creatively to diverse client needs.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills needed for effective interaction with clients, peers, and management.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, frequently under time pressure.
  • Progress toward professional designations is a plus (e.g., CFA, ABV, ASA, CVA).
  • Experience with data analytics and data visualization tools.
