Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
- Designing and managing qualitative research projects with senior stakeholders and other B2B audiences;
- Designing and managing stakeholder mapping projects, including using analytics tools as well as human intelligence and non-automated digital methods;
- Designing and managing literature reviews and other secondary research, including evaluating the quality of sources and synthesizing information;
- Utilizing media analysis including social media and traditional media analysis;
- Commissioning agencies to provide insight, managing the process effectively and delivering valuable insight;
- Possessing completed training/certification in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau);
- Using Salesforce Analytics to track and report on stakeholder and campaign activity;
- Creating dashboards/report cards relevant to audience needs to track progress of campaigns/activities over time;
- Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, including rapid turnaround and more strategic projects;
- Drawing conclusions and extract insights from data;
- Transforming data into rich, meaningful, relevant insights that can be used to make recommendations and inform decision making; and,
- Displaying an analytical and detail orientated approach, but can translate this into information that others can easily access and understand.
