We are seeking Counter Help to join our team!

Positions available in all three stores: Bayville, Cream Ridge, Manahawkin.

This position would be helping with answering phones and assisting customers at counter. Some knowledge of outdoor power equipment is preferred.

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Looking up parts and work orders to answer customers questions.

Understanding of back orders and works orders is a plus.

Understanding of retail and outdoor power equipment is a plus.

We are willing to train the right person.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail / shipping and receiving / customer service or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

• Basic math: 1 year (Preferred)
