Counter-top Fabricator / Installer The Stone Cobbler is looking for a Counter-top Fabricator / Installer that will operating equipment (saws, edge machines, polishers, etc), ensuring counter tops are made correctly per order, and ensuring quality expectations are met. This person must be able to polish natural stone and quartz and help with the installation of counter tops (stone, quartz, & marble). This includes providing excellent customer service at all times, ensuring accurate cutting of back splashes, seaming material, mounting sinks and complete installations. Other duties include delivering cabinets.
All customer jobs must be completed in a safe and efficient manner, and ensuring quality expectations are met in every installation.
Will train the right person.
Other duties/tasks: Load/unload counter tops; comply with client requirements; and clean up job site, work trucks, deliver tools to lead installer, move slabs in the yard and inside the shop. This person will help with cleaning and snow removal a necessary.
- A "Can Do" Attitude
- Strong ability to accurately read measuring devices required
- Knowledge of power tools required.
- Valid Driver's License required
- Able to pass a D.O.T. physical to operate trucks and pass licensing requirements
- Able to lift 100 lbs. -200 lbs.
- Able to work on your feet all day with minimal downtime.
- Must be Fully Vaccinated
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications
