POSITION SUMMARY


The NAACP is looking for someone to join the COVID-19 Site Operations team as a COVID-19 Testing Site Manager. You will be at our testing sites and will lead the COVID-19 Safety Team with providing field and logistical support while maintaining working knowledge of the organization’s testing procedures.


RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES


  • Lead the team’s testing procedures for events and gatherings for your specific site;
  • Act as the point of contact for the operational team;
  • Ensure staff are following the COVID-19 testing protocols and communicate constructive feedback to the team for continuous improvement;
  • Assist with site flow and facilitation that increases productivity and enhances customer experience, especially during heavy traffic hours;
  • Participate in COVID-19 testing efforts, including checking patients in, and guiding patients through the process;
  • Oversee in the development and implementation of the organization’s COVID-19 Safety Plan and Enhanced Cleaning Procedures;
  • Periodically review the effectiveness of the COVID-19 Safety Plan for the organization and amend, update or improve as necessary;
  • When required, effectively implement your COVID-19 Emergency Action Plan;
  • Act as the contact point for the organization’s members, particularly around questions relating to return off workplace and the actions taken to be COVID-19 safe;
  • Work with the Board to ensure you have proper PPE (face masks, gloves), sanitizing and disinfecting products in place for the members;
  • Ensure each team has a COVID-19 coordinator. Train them on their specific duties;.
  • Commitment to patient centered service provision and functional teams creating inclusive and participative culture and work environment; and
  • Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the [supervisor] or assignees.


QUALIFICATIONS


Education/Professional Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related degree;
  • Minimum of 5 years of prior experience working in operational related roles and spaces;
  • Possess deep knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures and risk management concepts;
  • Strong time management and organizational skills;
  • Knowledge of current local and federal COVID-19 safety policies and procedures;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to explain data to influence decisions;
  • Demonstrated commitment to the mission, values, and goals of the aligned organizations; and
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook.
