AMBSE Creative Operations Manager
Position Summary
As the full-time Creative Operations Manager for the for-profit businesses of AMBSE (Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United and Mercedes-Benz Stadium) this position will drive Creative Operations across all platforms and will work collaboratively across departments to ensure success of projects. This role will be responsible for receiving and disseminating all inbound project request details to the AMBSE Creative Team, accurate delivery of assets, and managing approval processes with internal and external parties.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and organize the Creative Team’s calendar of work and backlog of tasks, keeping a close eye on areas where workload could outpace bandwidth.
- Organize and update project tasks and Monday.com boards daily.
- Communicate Creative Team’s project timelines to all relevant stakeholders and ensure outward communication of changing deadlines or publication dates.
- Connect with content creators and designers as often as needed to ensure deadlines are met and creative is delivered in the necessary file types.
- Ensure Creative Team members are aware of all critical pieces of information that needs to be included in upcoming tasks.
- Track the Creative Team’s yearly operations budget and manage invoice fulfillment.
- Serve as the glue between departments for cross-functional projects and major initiatives.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 2-4 years of project management experience in an agency or comparable creative environment.
- Ability to work extended hours if needed – particularly during the NFL and MLS seasons.
- Ability to work on location at Mercedes-Benz Stadium 4 to 5 days a week.
- Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
