Our busy season is coming and we are staffing up!
We work as a team, and crew members grow to learn all of the skills to help one another exceed the expectations of every customer. From making sandwiches to baking pizzas to bussing tables, taking call-in orders, serving beer and wine, and delivering a warm inviting experience, we all have one another's back! At Caruso's, you will find one of the best and most integrated teams in Spokane Valley. Because we all learn how to do everything, we can all help one another, and be helped by one another when needed.
We work hard, fast, and fun. We believe in fresh ingredients, high quality and presentation, and a focus on food safety.
Because we serve alcohol, we are seeking employees 18 and older. Employees will need to acquire a food-handlers card and a Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) card.
We have amazing food, and an outstanding meal program. Employees share in generous cash tips on a daily basis, and having money in hand is a huge plus!
