As the CRM Coordinator you will work directly with the COE and brand team to ensure the successful scale up of the business. You will be both data-driven and creative to create strong marketing messages through channels such as Email and SMS. Success in this role is dependent on your ability to take ownership of your work, be reliable and dependable to the team, and be ready to think critically to solve marketing problems and adapt to the ever-changing pet nutrition space to best communicate with our customers and prospects. You will report into our Manager of CRM where you will work closely collaborating and strategizing next steps for the business.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in direct-to-consumer, direct-to-professional, and/or direct-to-retailer CRM, growth marketing, project management
  • Related work experience which demonstrates an understanding of and skill in the confluence of brand management and direct-to-consumer and/or direct-to-professional marketing principles
  • Strong email marketing experience
  • Expert knowledge and skill with data, data management and statistics, particularly as it relates to CRM and customer analytics.
  • Highly collaborative and creative to deliver best-in-class content across different stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Open to new ideas and actively builds networks to achieve goals.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, strategic thinker
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Experience activating across multiple channels (i.e., direct mail, SMS, email, app, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of key CRM platforms and systems (i.e., Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, etc.) is preferred, but not required.

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Manage email & SMS calendar, ensuring alignment with broader eCommerce and brand marketing calendars.
  • Coordinate execution of campaigns from start to finish including campaign strategy, creative briefs, content development and approvals, segmentation, QA, deployment, and post send reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and marketing partners for CRM content development and external agency partners for campaign deployment, operations & reporting.
  • Ensure campaigns are leveraging hyper segmentation and personalization to ensure users are being sent relevant communications at the right point in their lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to support major new product launches, ensuring we’re maximizing the upsell/cross-sell opportunity from existing 1P database
