Title: Customer Service Representative/Office Assistant
Summary:
Outdoors Resorts At Orlando, Inc., is a Not for Profit Condominium Corporation, located in Polk County Florida. We are looking for the right individual to provide quality customer service to our homeowners, visitors and guests creating a positive, efficient and knowledgeable experience when visiting our office for their needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and Welcome Homeowners, visitors and guests in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all services. This includes the ability to present and explain amenities, governing documents/rules & regulations, and association dues to clients.
This is a very busy office. Candidate must be a multi-tasker that is able to resolve client issues, handle account maintenance, update client information as required, answer phones and assist with walk-ins, all while providing attention to details.

Qualification Requirements:
Prior customer service experience is required.
Technical Skills, Trainings, or Certifications:
Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point & Publisher. TOPS or association sofware experience a plus.
Other Skills or Abilities:
Strong “People” skills, comfortable multi-tasking, ability to work independently AND as a member of a team.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand: use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls: reach with hands and arms: and talk or hear.
The employee is required to walk and stand. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
Business environment. Professional demeanor and appearance is required at all times. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
