Job Title: Cultivation Associate

Reports To: GM of Cultivation

Job Description

Reporting to the GM of Cultivation, our Cultivation Associates are responsible for sourcing, cloning, transplanting, and providing nutrients to a variety of marijuana plants. Cultivation Associates will ensure the Cultivation Facility stays clean and organized as well as in a constant state of compliance.

Responsibilities

· Optimize cultivation related SOP’s

· Setting up and maintaining irrigation systems and environmental controls

· Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, and trimming

· Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils, and equipment

· Pack and unpack supplies

· Handle damaged and waste products

· General labor throughout the facility as needed

· Assists others as part of a team to accomplish cultivation goals set forth by management

· Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Shift:

Tues, Wed, & Thurs 8:00AM-5:00PM

Experience and Requirements

· Ability to work overtime dependent on the demand

· Minimum of 21 years of age

· Highschool diploma or its equivalent

· Must pass criminal background check and drug screening (excludes THC)

· Must be compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the Cannabis industry

· Ability to stand for long periods

· Ability to lift 25 lbs

· Knowledge of basic computer skills
