*Supervision of staff in assigned account
*Interviewing, hiring, training staff
*Ensuring employees are efficient in all aspects of their job
*Customer satisfaction is met and exceeded in assigned account
*Scope of work is met in all areas of account
*Safety, OSHA, Policies and Procedures adherence
