Our crew will work behind the scenes, playing a critical role in daily cleaning and maintenance on our campus. This team ensures that our campus is clean an operational for all of our events.
As a member on one of our Custodial Team, YOU:
- Assist in making memories. Our arena and event spaces are where the action happens, and our team focuses on the guest’s experience through attention to the smallest details. From even before the time our guests walk in the arena, you've ensured the spaces are clean and sparkling, setup an event space with the utmost precision, and helped to keep our Earth-friendly initiatives on track. Our efforts reflect the smile on our guest’s face because we made their experience memorable.
- Solve problems as you see them. Our teams are focused on getting better every day and you’re at the center of all we do. We expect you don’t wait for permission but seek out solutions to problems. We need your perspective, themes and ideas that continue to inform our initiatives which impact our guest’s experiences.
- Are a cultural centerpiece. Your influence on our guests’ experiences is constant. We meet their needs by delivering authentic experiences. This team guarantees areas are clean, presentable, and always well stocked. And ensures the often underappreciated but critical areas during the busiest event moments, get the attention they deserve. From ensuring the level of cleanliness is at its highest in each bathroom, to clearing the sidewalk of snow, these positions are a critical backbone to the guest experience.
YOU ARE A:
- Responsible Individual. You've got to be 18 or older to get this gig.
- Trusted Teammate. Our team runs on relationships. Confidentiality, professionalism and discretion are at the heart of building strong bonds across all our guests. But, that’s not enough. - Focused Executor. We get $hit done, and smile while doing it. Everything we do touches people, so flawless execution is non-negotiable. Our work can be fast-paced and it can be easy to lose sight of the details, but that’s where the magic is at. With ruthless prioritization, we focus on getting things done quickly and flawlessly. Of course, we’re not perfect, so when mistakes are made, we step up, take responsibility and issue meaningful apologies when we’re wrong.
- Servant Leader. At the Wild, everything we do is grounded in serving. We serve our organization, each other, our fans and our community. Leadership is not a rank, it’s not about being in charge; it’s about taking care of those in our charge. We inspire those around us to dream more, learn more, do more and become more. Your high proclivity to smile and empathize drives you to proactively respond to guest’s needs.
THE MINNESOTA WILD WILL:
