If you are someone who like to clean, The Family YMCA of the Glens Falls Area is currently seeking Custodians and Housekeepers. These positions involve the upkeep of the locker rooms, facilities and grounds, parking lot, and outside property, as well as general cleaning duties. We have a year round position available.

Duties:
- Clean locker rooms - sinks and other surfaces, mopping floors,
- Clean fitness Center, hallways, bathrooms, and additional areas at request of supervisor
- Move fitness equipment
- Dust, mop, floor sweeper, vacuuming
- Event set-up/clean-up - move tables, stack chairs, clean
- Clearing trash and litter from facility, parking lot & grounds
- Clean glass
- A custodian is a representative of the YMCA and should reflect our 4 core values - Honesty, caring, respect, and responsibility
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Prior custodial and/or cleaning experience is preferred
- Hard-working, motivated individual
- Must maintain CPA & 1st Aid certifications
