ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned.

• Clean restrooms in assigned building and area.
• Clean break areas including around the vending machine area.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, and office space.
• Trash removal.
• Sort cardboard boxes.
• Climb and work from 8' step ladder.
• Request supplies as needed through supervisor.
• To perform miscellaneous maintenance tasks as requested by supervisor.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Write work orders for maintenance. Resources based on knowledge of work environment.
• Notify maintenance supervisor concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment, and safety issues.
• Know all relevant SOP's.
• Participate as a team player.
• Must be able to meet the attendance requirement for the position.
• Assist in recycling efforts of division assigned to.
