We are currently seeking a Self- Motivated, Energetic individual to join our team as a Custodian. You will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our employees and visitors. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness will contribute to the overall appearance and functionality of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the premises, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste according to established procedures.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, or repairing damaged furniture.
• Ensure all areas are properly secured and locked at the end of each shift.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure and hazard-free environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cleanliness and organization in all areas, including storage spaces and workstations.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate supervisor or department.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour
