What will you do?
- This position is responsible for all daily communication on projects to Schneider Electrics internal Project Managers
- The daily sales interactions include project monitoring, managing internal VIP customers, coordinating logistics to and from the customer, final order processing, while maintaining positive and strong customer relationships
- Resolve customer complaints; consult with production, shipping, warehouse or common carrier personnel to trace missing or delayed shipments
- Analyzes and evaluates problems with communication and/or processes related to scheduling production orders through the plant and recommends solutions
- Provide customer resolution for complex installations restoring customer application and confidence in Schneider Electric product
- Assure all details are identified and communicated. Example: parts, carts, services, shipping requirements, delivery expectations, etc
- Assure all documentation and paperwork processed and forwarded to appropriate departments to initiate processing
- Ability to handle and process customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Technical expertise, analysis, and reporting for customer complaints on products.
- Responsible for complying with all safety policies and performing all duties in a safe manner.
- This includes PPE as required on the manufacturing shop floor, maintaining work area free of safety hazards, reporting any incident(s), and participating in safety meetings.

- The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to excel under high pressure and time sensitive situations.
- You will need to be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a small Customer Service department.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Verbal and written ability required.
- Ability to interact with all levels of customer organization.
- Strong Customer focus; demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills required.
- Must be able to multi task and assure extended tasks are followed up and completed.
- Self-directed and motivated.
- Capable of establishing own tasks list and work with little supervision and make independent decisions to meet customer deadlines.
- Must have the desire and ability to learn products relevant to assigned customer base.
- Problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word,).
- Experience working with web-based technology.
- SAP experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
