What is a Customer Care Call Center Representative do at Swire Coca-Cola?
If you enjoy customer service, we have the opportunity for you in our Customer Care Center in Draper. Swire Coca-Cola offers refreshing beverages to our customers across 13 western states. Our Customer Care Representatives offer professional phone interactions to help clients get the products on the shelves and to the public. With both inbound and outbound calls our representatives take orders, service requests, sales opportunities, and offer additional products to the customers. Supporting distribution centers with customer inquiries.
Shift Details:
Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am-6pm
Responsibilities:
- Complete scheduled outbound calls to obtain product orders from existing Coca-Cola customers
- Accept inbound calls related to repair and order requests from Coca-Cola customers
- Offer leads and feedback to sales team
- Assist customers with missing order items, date updates for delivery, and product return
- Outbound calls to existing customers for order information and order confirmations or product availability
- Support MyCoke online ordering platform and assist customers to troubleshoot, register, and order online
- Suggest additional products which would complement a customer’s current brand portfolio
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open interactive communication
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Competitive drive to achieve goals
- Exceptional organization and follow through
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
