We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our clients team as a Customer Experience Associate for a 3rd party AT&T Vendor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales for AT&T products and services as a 3rd party vendor representative. This role is full time and on site.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate:

• Greet customers and determine their needs, offering suggestions and solutions to meet their requirements.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on AT&T products and services, including promotions and pricing.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered, providing product demonstrations and recommendations to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitive activity.
• Participate in training programs to continuously improve sales and customer service skills.
• Work as part of a team to ensure that the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Requirements of the Customer Experience Associate:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven retail sales and customer service experience, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to provide accurate and up-to-date information on AT&T products and services, including promotions and pricing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform basic math calculations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
