Location: Remote - shift 8:30am-5:30pm - EST
The Customer Operations Associate II supports order to cash and supply chain/customer operations department.
This position is responsible for expediting purchase orders, updating order and delivery quantities, and managing on time performance for our warehouse delivered customers.
This position processes order information using Client order management systems to deliver information to our customers and business partners.
Contact customers in order to confirm service or orders (e.g., po confirmation, quantity changes, delivery confirmation, issues at time of delivery).
Research and resolve issues for customers, business partners and Company associates in order to manage orders using internal systems (e.g., SAP, Client, FourKites).
Process order information using Client information systems to deliver data to customer, business partners and Company associates or to communicate demand for products or services.
Source and facilitate delivery of product for customers in order to sustain proper case fill/in full numbers.
High school diploma; GED equivalent* At least 6 months related work experience
